Elena’s House is a five-bedroom, three bath ranch-style home in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.  We offer transitional and end of life care for individuals living with HIV/AIDS.  Residents are referred through their doctors, case managers, hospital social workers or discharge planners. Residents stay an average of 6 – 12 months, depending on their needs.

Our goal is to enable residents to restore their physical, mental and spiritual health through safe, supportive housing as they prepare to return to independent living in the community, or provide our residents a place of peace where they can die with dignity surrounded by people who love them.
